Stafford County officials will host a series of classes this summer for citizens interested in learning how their local government operates.
The “Stafford County Citizens Academy 101” will run once a week on Wednesdays from July 8 – August 5. The last class will include a tour of the public safety center and the county’s newest fire and rescue station on Courthouse Road.
All classes will run from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm, with the exception of July 15, which will run until 9:00 pm. The classes will be held at the Stafford Administration Building at 1300 Courthouse Road. They are free of charge.
