From Tedd Povar at UVA Institute of Government
Based on a positive response from area managers to an idea floated last month, the Virginia Institute of Government is organizing five regional "Dutch treat" meetings to provide an opportunity for managers and administrators to discuss FY 2010 local budget challenges and belt tightening approaches under consideration. The UVA Institute of Government will provide some "light" facilitation as well as record and summarize the most critical elements/findings/conclusions from the discussion for the participants.
MEETING TIME: 11:30 am - 2:30 pm +/-
Please hold these dates on your calendar if you are interested in attending a meeting. (Space will be limited on a first come - first served basis.)
