New Kent County Administrator John Budesky Wins Prestigious Wallerstein Scholarship for 2009-2010

John Budesky, New Kent County Administrator has won the prestigious Wallerstein Scholarship that is administered by the Weldon Cooper Center for Public Service and the Virginia Municipal League.

John Budesky has been county administrator in New Kent County since 2005. To fulfill the terms of the scholarship, he will develop a manual of "lessons learned" and "best practices" in local government management. The guide, to be based on personal interviews with managers throughout the state, will be available in both written and in video formats.
