LGA Virginia, Inc. Elects New Board Members

At their annual meeting held recently in Charlottesville, the Local Government Attorneys of Virginia, Inc. elected officers to serve for the coming fiscal year. They are:
President Rhysa G. South, Henrico Assistant County Attorney
Vice President Lucy E. Phillips, Washington County Attorney
Secretary-Treasurer Jacob P. Stroman IV, Spotsylvania County Attorney.

Also at the meeting, the following directors at large were elected for a second two year term: Hampton City Attorney Cynthia E. Hudson, Richmond City Attorney Norman B. Sales, and Blacksburg Town Attorney Lawrence S. Spencer. Additionally, Roderick R. Ingram, who is Virginia Beach Deputy City Attorney and Danville City Attorney W. Clarke Whitfield were elected to their first two year term as directors at large. Angela M. Horan, Jeffrey L. Mincks, Blair D. Mitchell, and G. Carl Boggess all have another year on their two year terms. Joseph L. Howard Jr. wlll serve as LGA Immediate Past President.
