FROM I-95:
Take I-95 to Exit 133 (17 north to Warrenton), approximately 3 miles west of Interstate, turn left onto Village Parkway. Turn Right onto University Boulevard.

FROM US 1
Take US 1 North from the main campus, passing Princess Anne Street and crossing the Falmouth Bridge. After the bridge, make a left at the first traffic light. This is 17 north. Proceed north on 17 past I-95, and an additional 3 miles. Turn left onto Village Parkway, then right onto University Boulevard.

FROM WARRENTON
Take US 17 South. The campus is located at the intersection of US 17 (Warrenton Road) and Village Parkway, which is just 1 mile south of the stoplight at the intersection of US 17 and Poplar Road (Route 616). The total distance from downtown Warrenton is approximately 30 miles.

PARKING INFORMATION
Parking includes 10 handicapped slots in addition to the 400 unreserved spots. The UMW parking permit is NOT required on this campus. The parking lot is lit by over 13 street lights for the added safety and security of those attending night classes at the Center.

Hotel Information

The Fredericksburg Hospitality House and Conference Center is surrounded by the shops and restaurants of Central Park. The main thoroughfare from Interstate 95 is Route 3 West, which is called Plank Road in the vicinity of Central Park.

Once inside the Central Park Shopping Center, you will be looking for Carl D. Silver Parkway and Commerce Street, where the hotel and conference center is actually located.
