On January 7, representatives from the Middle Peninsula and Northern Neck Planning District Commissions and Caroline County gathered for their annual Legislative Reception. McDougle.
These local and state officials took the opportunity to meet and discuss items of mutual interest for the localities and the regions before the General Assembly session begins in January. They shared their challenges and discussed issues that the legislators will face in the 2009 General Assembly session. The event drew about 75 participants.
